- Add and schedule courses (ILT, eLearning and mLearning). Courses can be scheduled for a predetermined time-span and for one or more independent user groups.

- Manage users and their profiles. Users can be categorized in a variety of ways for easy scheduling or reporting.
- Scheduling
- Graphical presentation of all courses in a convenient calendar lay-out. Makes planning of your resources a breeze.
- Test and Evaluations
- Users can take predetermined tests and certain tests can be arranged to act as polls. Quiz question types go far beyond the traditional multiple choice. Answers can also be linked to a weighing scale.
Different evaluation cards can be set-up and linked to a certain training, event or user pool. - Reporting
- The most common reports are already built-in but with the “combined reports” feature and tools for “open query”, virtually any combination is possible. Export to MS Excel or PDF format for ease of transfer.
- Loyalty Program
- A much overlooked item in training is a reward system. The occasional pat on the shoulder is nice but our optional rewards program is designed to motivate further growth. It is based on credits that are gained when students complete courses, course parts, tests or attend events. Administrators determine what action triggers which amount of credits. The system automatically keeps track of the credit reward points which can be spent in an online shop. The online shop stock is automatically managed and expedition paperwork is available where needed.
- Automated communication
- Controlling a vast amount of students, groups and courses requires a well managed communication system. Syneos automates the communication flow by sending out emails and required reminders if recipients don’t respond in due time.
